Am I just maniacal and stupid for actually being pretty excited with this proposition? I am honestly looking forward to it, it's like the last hurdle I have to cross before I am truely indoctrined into the CrossFit world. At least that's how I am rationalizing it, and I am using it as a guage prior to the cert. Great timing on this Jerry! I'm stoked. (read a complete moron, but an excited one)

Fran is something to look forward to and is one of those workouts I really get pumped up for. I am bummed that I will not be able to participate tomorrow. Per Dr. Bills no overhead movements for 2 weeks, so thrusters and pullups probably not a good idea. Enjoy Fran and kick some butt, looking forward to seeing some good times!

As fun as it may be, I must say I wouldn't risk any more serious long term damage to my knee over it. You will be able to nail it once you are back to 100%. It can be your celebratory workout.

Yesterday, I took a long walk at my job on my lunch hour. Prior to that my knee was bothering me just a little, but I went for it anyway. Today, my knee is bandaged and am not very happy. I really want to do Fran but squatting will kill it. I figure if I do lots of ice tonight and OD on some pain killers I should be ok to do it. I'm really starting to get jealous of missing out of some of these funishments. I love "Fran" and Mike, you will love it as well.
