Adrienne does such a great job "relaxing" her arms in her clean!
Note how her arms jump up and her traps shrug up AFTER quick hip extension...
She then dives and whips her elbows...smooth!
I upload the same video on youtube, our website, and on viddler to see which one looks clearer, Youtube is so fuzzy these days, I'm thinking about ditching it until they update!
