Hey! I just called you. The doctor said to take it easy for six weeks. I have to go to physical therapy and get one of those arm band things so I can be a total poseur. I'm doing small workouts on my own so I don't lost my super buffness, but it's really not that fun. Miss you!

Suz, I'm just happy you were there,,,,it is always a pleasure to see you. What the hell was I thinking when I put that workout together I have no idea. I learned one important lesson today and that is no alcohol before a major day like today. In the second round, I didn't know if I wanted to puke, shit or cry. Thanks for your help today. I know! Plus our two daughters are still in college there. I am homesick.........big time:( I miss seeing the Pacific Ocean, now that is beautiful......

I am a southern California native, therefore my learning curve is like an arrow standing straight up in learning about the Alexandria/Virginia area........and likewise about CrossFit!
