Am I just maniacal and stupid for actually being pretty excited with this proposition? I am honestly looking forward to it, it's like the last hurdle I have to cross before I am truely indoctrined into the CrossFit world. At least that's how I am rationalizing it, and I am using it as a guage prior to the cert. Great timing on this Jerry! I'm stoked. (read a complete moron, but an excited one)

I don;t know about anyone else, but my legs are still freaking killing me from all those squats and everything else this week. That was a killer WOD from Jerry on Monday and I felt that for a couple days after and my kick boxking and s tuff has just kept the pain alive. Anyone know any good ways to recoup better or quicker? I have been 'zoning' and i take glutamine tabs but i'm still sore.

Take Lancaster to 476
Exit 16A (I-76 toward Philly)
Bear left onto I-676 E
Bear Right onto I-95 S toward Chester
Take exit 20 on left for Columbus Blvd.
Turn left off of exit onto Columbus
Turn Left at Dock St (a few blocks up)
Plaza is there on left.
