Thanks for the info! Actually Chriss had mentioned the same thing..and his scale said 18% (thank goodness!)..I'm leaning toward just doing a weight loss goal.....I will post a breakdown of my goals today sometime hopefully:-)

Are you okay with being the team leader?

Didn't want to bore everyone with one more random thought about the fat testing scales.

You prob read the instruction book that came with yours and know this - but just in case.

The optimal time to weigh yourself for body fat is at the end of the day when you are most hydrated - not first thing in the AM. First AM readings add body fat. That's why your scale is telling you 25% - it's off and I bet by a lot.

The 3 gyms I go to in my free time..I.e. donate money to.. have the body fat tester you grip with both hands after inputting your age, height and weight. A current runs through your body - you don't feel it - and gives a more accurate number. Golds on South Glebe has one for example.

Anywho - the point is you may want to just disregard the 25% as your body fat - that is highly unlikely - and use that number as a baseline. I bet the Jungles Gym has one downstairs. It's worth an ask.

I get mine measured at my work gym at 1030am every so often and it's usually about 7-9% lower than what my scale says first thing AM, nekked, pre-food, pre-wod, etc. and that's only 5 hours later.

I'm not sure how 10x10 would work in unless you knew your 100 pullups for time score like in the beginning of "Angie".
