So, for those of you who, like me, can't leave well enough alone, is anyone interested in getting together Monday morning at a local park to hit a WOD?
I was thinking something fun, maybe around 20 mins or so. Anyone want to jump on this train?
So, I thought I would try and be useful for a minute and offer zone tips for people who want to do it, but keep finding themselves back to a "normal" routine. These are just things that work for me, make my life easy, and keep me in the zone 24-7....
This message is for Lanette: every time I see kale now, I think of you! I stole your recipe, and now love it. We should get together and cook again :) By the way, amazing performance on that nightmare metcon today.
