A bunch of you guys asked for the Guac recipe from the last crossfit social. Here it is:
1 Fresh Avocado (mashed up)
1 Fresh chopped Jalapeno
6-8 oz sweet yellow corn (drained but not rinsed) (small can)
6-8 oz black beans (drained and rinsed in cold water) (half a big can)
.25-.5 oz of lime juice (I use the plastic lime kind - plastic bottle looks like a lime - one good squeeze)
1-1.5 cups of PACE medium Picante Sauce or PACE Medium Chunky Salsa
Add all this stuff together, spray with the lime juice, stir and get down.
Optional but HIGHLY recommended - a cold beer of your choice to accompany.
In a pinch, leave out the corn, beans, and lime juice. Either way, it rocks!
