What is everyone doing this Friday for first Friday?? I don't have any particular WOD calling my name. I'm up for suggestions and am always happy to have a partner (aka.. someone to try to beat)
Since I am only on my 2nd - 1st Friday, I am thinking Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats...AMRAP 20 mins) or Jackie (1K row, 45lb thruster for 50 reps, 30 pull-ups)...but that would mean my Jackie pull-ups would be largely jumping/negatives/band assist after I go to failure. After today, 28" box jumps with Kelly are just daunting.
ok, do I do Murph? never attempted and a week after my first triathlon i'm feeling confident
Badger? because i was a DNF on that saturday and I still feel like crap for quitting

oh the choices. Any and all require pain on the pullups...bloody hands are definitely in my future.
