What is everyone doing this Friday for first Friday?? I don't have any particular WOD calling my name. I'm up for suggestions and am always happy to have a partner (aka.. someone to try to beat)
I may be with you, I was thinking about re-doing some workouts I haven't done since surgery. I'd like to get some updated times. I don't know if I'll beat you, but I may try :0
I've also been wanting to hit Linda (triple bars of death) for a long time. But, we don't have a bench. What do you think about subbing ring push ups for that movement? Maybe I could wear a weight vest for the PU or put some weight on my back. Or, should I find yet another WOD?
It's 4th of July... it's got to be killer. Contemplating Murph or Barbara. We really need to devise a revolutionary hero workout...especially if any of us want to be tipping Sam Adams later...
