So, for those of you who, like me, can't leave well enough alone, is anyone interested in getting together Monday morning at a local park to hit a WOD?
I was thinking something fun, maybe around 20 mins or so. Anyone want to jump on this train?
I'd be up for a WOD Monday morning (6:45; I have to work Monday).
Because Monday is Memorial Day, I think its fitting to do one of the "Hero" workouts. There are several we could do at either of the parks near Crossfit:
So, I was thinking 9:00 am for Monday morning. CFOT is central for most of us, how about meeting at the park next door (where we push the sleds). I'll post on FB too.
I was thinking about doing some of the stuff I do when I'm on the road. Nothing too intense since we don't know what Tuesday holds, just enough to keep us moving. Here are a couple of ideas--chime in if you also have an idea.
