Hi everybody!! My name is Dr. Heath J. Bills, DC and I am a sports chiropractor in Old Town Alexandria. Some of you may remember me when Jerry was at Capital Jiu-Jitsu, I'm the guy right down the hall.

Anyway, I know how bad cross-fit can beat up your body. I've been doing it pretty regularly since January and absolutely love it. I've also done Brazilian Jiu-Jistsu for over 3-years. I know what training around an injury is like, and it really sucks.

On Monday, June 29th I am going to be coming in and doing some injury screenings. I'll be bringing my portable table, some bio-freeze and taking a look at any problems you may have.

Now is the time to get in bathing suit shape. If you are training around an injury or just not getting enough out of your work-outs, come and stop by. There is no charge and there will be no pressure.

Sorry, it is going to be 5 am til 10:30 am. I can do an evening if there is enough interest and with enough advance notice. I usually need about 1-month to plan my schedule for evenings.

0500 is great! Another bennie for those who deadlift themselves out of bed for that 0515 class.

The first class won't be over until 6:00am, if you are in by 0530 that will be plenty early.

Sounds good. I'll be bringing some coffee and fruit trays. About how many people show up from 5 am til 10am? I was thinking about bringing in Krispy Kreme, but thought that might be a little counter-productive following a work-out.
